Massage T&C's:

Full payment for massage therapy will need to be made 24 hours before treatment, during your routine courtesy call reminding you of the appointment. This is a non-refundable payment. In the event of unforeseen circumstances forcing you not be able to attend, and if the appointment is rearranged at least 3 hours prior to the appointment time, you will be able to reschedule the appointment.

If we are unable to contact you for payment prior to the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.
